    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course helped me with a lot of my other classes, and it really focused a lot on the lab aspect of Chemistry. There was a lot of hands-on experience involved, which made it a lot easier to learn the materials and really appreciate what you were learning. I would definitely recommend this course, because I really think that anyone can benefit from what is learned there, even if they don't plan on using it in their Major.

    Course highlights:

As I mentioned before, I just loved how involved it was. If you weren't willing to put in the effort, then you weren't going to benefit from the class. I loved the amount of responsibility it gave me. The professor was great and really seemed to care about us not only learning the required materials, but helping us to see them in action so we could better understand them. If you give this course your all, you will get a lot back from it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to ask questions. It's a lot better to ask questions and make sure you understand the material than just avoiding it out of fear. Studying is always good, and you'll find that professors actually want to help you, not just grade your stuff harshly for a laugh. Take every bit of advice they give and stick to it, because it will help you with a lot more in life than just this course.

Read the text book material BEFORE going to class or you will quickly be overwhelmed. Reading is key!
