    | Would highly recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This is an awesome class as an introduction to Sociology and Family Studies. Cici is an amazing teacher who is very passionate about the subject. She always makes what you're discussing relevant by using news clips. There are a couple papers and a family tradition presentation. Overall the main benefit of this class is the discussions. I was able to learn so much just from listening to my classmates.

    Course highlights:

We talked a lot about different dynamics in the family. It was good to hear where other people came from in order to understand them a lot better. I learned so much about how to handle different situations that might come up and cause change within the family structure.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would highly recommend this class. The discussions are worth more than anything else, in my opinion. Everyone comes from such diverse backgrounds so it's amazing to hear other people's insights. The more you put into this class, the more you will get out of it so try your best to participate!
