    | Would recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend it because of the knowledge about the grammar and history that is learned at the same time. They both go hand in hand, and if you like learning and a challenge this class provides all of those traits.

    Course highlights:

Learning the grammar and roots of Spanish words, and learning about Spanish authors that impacted their community.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Focused mind and patience when learning the grammar and ways to form sentences.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I loved this class! Professor Wilber is a great spanish teacher who knows how to explain the grammar principles with ease. It, too, is his second language so he knows a lot of the same concerns that we, as students, have.

    Course highlights:

Coming off of a mission where I spoke Spanish for two years with the Bolivian people, this course helped me understand the "why" we use certain grammar rules. This helped me become even more fluent when speaking the language.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

ALWAYS do the homework assignments and readings. Since they are so reoccurring, it may be easy to put off a day or two, but that will definitely put you in a hole, per se. Readings are sort of randomized so always check the syllabus to see if a reading will be discussed the following day.
