Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It helped me relax and exercise. I wouldn't have done as well in my other classes if ai hadn't taken this class.

    Course highlights:

How to listen to my body and mind. I learned skills that ai can practice on my own even if ai don't have a teacher.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study and practice what you do in class. Read the book.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class was wonderful for staying fit, strengthening the core, and stress relief especially during finals.

    Course highlights:

I learned useful tools for future yoga practice that I still use on my own.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Just show up and participate. Make sure to go at your own level and speed as the instructor should tell you. It's most important to listen to your body.
