    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

    I liked this course. The material was fairly easy to understand. Loved doing it online. open-book tests on canvas.

    Course highlights:

    Pretty basic material on overall personal health and wellness. If you read through the chapters, you'll pass.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

    Get the book, read the material and dont forget the little weekly assignments, they add up quickly!

    It was super super easy! My teacher didn't require almost anything from me.

    I learned how to be more independent in taking care of myself through detailed practices.

    Advice for students:

    You need to be passionate about the subject in order to succeed. Really try and you will get a lot.
