    Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

    I had a really hard time with Ursula as a teacher. She often taught based on her own experience, rather than from the textbook.

    Course highlights:

    It was a basic health class. No frills, just basic.

    The tests are based on the textbook, so follow that if there is a conflict.

    I liked this course. The material was fairly easy to understand. Loved doing it online. open-book tests on canvas.

    Pretty basic material on overall personal health and wellness. If you read through the chapters, you'll pass.

    3-5 hours

    Get the book, read the material and dont forget the little weekly assignments, they add up quickly!
