    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was an amazing class to take if you wanted to enhance your writing skills. The teacher was very thorough with his teaching and gave lots of good advice and tools that can be used with your assignments. Fantastic learning environment!

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot of really new things. Writing an Ethnography (a study of a group of people from the inside of the group) was definitely a new one for me, but it was a really fun project! I also had the chance to enhance my MLA format skills. I was really pushed to do my best.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

This class can be hard, yes. However, if you really take the time to do your homework and get the assignments done early, you will get a lot out of this class. The teacher is always there to help, if you need some additional advice and guidance. Just do your best and work hard. That's all it takes to succeed.

    | No strong feelings either way.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class meets general requirements, but is not an easy course to take. It required many late nights writing very long and tedious papers. When combined with other classes in the same semester it is a load of work. However if you are ready, and willing, you will learn a lot about the subject matter and the English language.

    Course highlights:

My favorite part of this course was that we were able to choose our own topic for the final paper. I ended up studying concussions and their effects on the human brain as well as ways to protect athletes from such damage. I learned how to correctly portray the information I had learned and how to write a professional document.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you wish to succeed, do not procrastinate. The amount of work only will pile up. You should pick writing subjects that you are passionate about so that as you are required to write about and research that subject it will feel like something you want to be doing.
