Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I have learned so much in this course. The teacher has been fantastic at getting us involved and she has a fun personality. I have learned many new things that I didn't learn in my high school biology class.

    Course highlights:

Something I have really enjoyed about this class is getting hands on. One of my favorite activities was getting to observe termites. My group drew a circle onto a paper and the termites would follow the circle. I was really neat!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do the work. The online quizzes can be taken unlimited times. Take advantage of that. If you are taking notes and watching the online lectures, you should have no issue passing this class.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Parrott was the epitome of what a professor should be. I really struggled learning about biology but he took time, out of his own schedule, to answer any questions that I had. I got out exactly what I put into this class!

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of biology! I have taken biology multiple times throughout my life, but this was the first time that I really understood it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready to learn. Do all of the homework, and meet with the professor if you don't feel prepared for the tests!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I hated science in high school, but this was much better. It was interesting and informative. Definitely helps to sit up close too.

    Course highlights:

The section on human reproduction was EXTREMELY informative for me. It was detailed and scientific.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take good notes. Do whatever you need to to stay awake. Don't miss class.
