    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class helped me to take the time to thoroughly think through complex concepts and find ways to be objective, to see social issues from all perspectives. I learned that, although I like to think of myself as a very open minded individual, thoroughly delving into and issue is not always easy. I began to think of each issue and consider the possibility that I fully believed this or that perspective. A true knowledge of and issue can help you to create a stronger argument because you fully understand the opposing points of another argument.

    Course highlights:

I truly strengthened my thought process and my ability to think through and create a solid argument. I was also excited to discover that we could choose our own topics for papers. This allowed me to write about issues I was passionate about.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Choose topics that you can really learn about. This is your ultimate tool. No matter your skills in writing, writing a college paper on something your truly interested in will help a lot.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

It's a general ed class so I didn't have much of a choice. It was a basic English class, but with more in depth writing.

    Course highlights:

The class I had was fun and interactive. The teacher was laid back.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't stall on your writing assignments. Get them done soon so you don't have to stress.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Overall, this class was beneficial. The course was very stressful and the instructor was rather intimidating, but I learned a lot about research and citing sources properly.

    Course highlights:

This course is primarily focused on research. You will need to research online, in a library, as well as conduct interviews.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention. The teacher does not appreciate the need to repeat information.
