Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Great Professor. Clear content on emphasis, of the topics being discussed in class.

    Course highlights:

I gained a lot of insight into Psychology since it was the first psychology course I had taken at the time. This course is what interests me in the subject; to begin with. The various ways that a mind can control any matter, the whole subject and content of learning about something so interesting and important to know, is what kept me going and it is what has kept me going until now. In general, I am and have always been extremely analytical and very observing. I like reading into people, what they are thinking and read their expressions and body language along with it, It helps me connect with them better.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Cassens was one of my favorite teachers at IVC. I took two of his psych classes, intro and social psych. He's a really good teacher and you can tell that he actually enjoys what he does. The class wasn't too difficult, he makes it easy for you to succeed in his class just do the work and you will be fine. He also had the powerpoints on blackboard which was helpful.

    Course highlights:

This is an into course so you learn a little about each of the different branches of psychology and the different psychological perspectives.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Even though the powerpoints are online it is still important to go to class and take notes. He elaborates on the information given on each slide and will sometimes give extra information not mentioned on the powerpoint.
