Pretty easy, overall.
I would recommend it because it is a great introductory course taught by an eye-opening professor. The class is pretty easy if you participate, and he is also a really entertaining and chill teacher. I would advise on going to class everyday.
I learned a lot about sociology. A lot of the highlights of the course were the controversial things that he would say. I think that he also tried to relate to a lot about what our generation was, which was nice in a way.

Advice for students:
I would suggest just to read the book and to go to class regularly. As long as you do these two things, you will be golden. Additionally, reading the questions in the textbook help a lot. Working on the final essay will not be that much of a big deal.
