    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

I thoroughly enjoyed this course. All 3 professors who taught it during my semester were wonderful and thorough. The labs were very manageable and the grading was not too harsh. I personally felt that with some backwork, it is very easy to succeed in this course.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot. For an intro course, it was exceptional in covering all the basics. The exams were not as hard as expected, especially because if you study well and thoroughly.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise that you be proactive, or at least at the same pace as the lectures. The lecture presentations are a great resource, as is the textbook. It is not difficult to do well if you stay on top of the prelabs, assignments and lectures.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Yes, she has AMAZING thought provoking lectures, but she has a demanding personality which can make me see how people feel belittled if they're not on her level of knowledge.

    Course highlights:

Doesn't realize that not everyone is a bio major. Tests have a LOT of content to cover. Book is needed.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Clickers are needed. Understanding is needed rather than memorization.
