Learnt about the background leading up to the current legal system in Australia, as well as how this current system operates. Legal procedure as well as interpretation of legal texts are dealt with in some detail.

Readings are essential. More importantly though, is to contribute to class discussions, where you will both consolidate knowledge from the readings, as well as learn new information and ways of approaching legal concepts.
