This class was tough.
I recommend taking this course if you had no trouble passing trigonometry or precalc. Ransford does not take attendance, but it would be in your best interest to show up to every class and pay attention/take notes.
I learned how to work through more complex mathematical problems and teach myself when I felt a little bit behind. I discovered where many basic formulas from previous math classes came from. I learned how to integrate, find limits, and work with integrals and what each of them looked like on a graph.

Advice for students:
Take notes, study, and always go over the practice test. I highly recommend doing the homework because it gives you many different types of problems to practice with. I made the mistake of only going over the practice test in preparation for the exam and I discovered I was not familiar enough with the different types of problems that I was tested on. Practice makes perfect.
