    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Summer courses are extremely fast and to speed up the process they make classes between 2 1/2 hours to 4 hours long making it hard to retain information.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was learning basic biology and doing it in six weeks.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not skip class and take very meticulous notes.

    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class for anyone who is doing their general courses or pursuing a major in science since biology is one of the basics in any sciences.

    Course highlights:

I'm still taking this course but what I've learned so far are the basic building blocks of life and how everything fit together. Atoms, cells, enzymes, proteins, how the body is built on these as well as the environment.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Always attend the lectures and write down the notes posted online and add onto those notes in class during lectures when the teacher can explain more in depth on this topic you may have missed in your textbooks. Summarize everything you learned in each chapter in your own words so that your not overwhelmed with all this information you hardly understand, especially when you're studying for an exam. It'll make it easier for you to understand and remember the material.

    | Would recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This biology course is your basic biology class. Similar to what you learned in high school, however, you go into more detail. For example, instead of learning one main function in the parts of a cell, you learn all of the functions. I wish I would have reviewed what I learned in high school to spark my memory. Make sure to take the time to learn the material and study!

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was learning all the information you didn't need to know in high school. All the functions and purpose of biology is amazing and fun to learn.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you are a student considering this course, make sure to set time aside and study. Unlike in high school, you cannot just memorize the terms and pass the test. You must know the purpose of the subject and be able to apply it to other questions.
