Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is very fun and we are educated in what college is like in your freshman year.

    Course highlights:

We learn how to manage our finances as a college student, also what type of personality we have and if the career we are going into is what we really want to do or enjoy. We are also given the chance to interact with students in the class while learning about our major to even learning things in the real world like how to write a resume for a job. We also learn how to manage our time and to put our needs before our wants. This class is all teaches responsibility, self discovery and interaction.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

To succeed in this class you just need to give it time and effort in your homework assignments to your GPS assignments which are assignments where you go to events or workshops but it is fun because you can choose the events and workshops that you want to attend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Gubitti is an amazing professor. She is very engaging and interactive with her students. As long as you are willing to put in the time and effort for your GPS and journals you will be fine.

    Course highlights:

The course forces you to actually be involved in what is going on around the campus and makes you use the resources available to you. Completing the GPS actually helped me academically and socially. Dr. G also provides many metaphors that make everything make more sense.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you pay attention to the rubric for your journals. Complete your GPS as early in the semester as possible. Actually pay attention to her lessons. She makes really good points that will help you in life.
