    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

If you can pass this class then you can do anything!

    Course highlights:

UAH recently started collaborative learning, it was different, but if you talk a lot, it is quite helpful. And always put in AT LEAST the same amount of hours out of class as you do in class.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Stay consistent, it is easy to get left behind. I was a last minute study crammer. A little every day will ensure success.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Calculus B is going to be extremely difficult regardless of the college you attend. I was fortunate enough to be enrolled in Mrs. Smeal's coarse. She is a fantastic instructor and will not hesitate to provide out of class help. She is very empathetic towards her student's needs and creates a very comfortable learning environment. All-in-all, the coarse was much more helpful under Mrs. Smeal's instruction.

    Course highlights:

One of the highlights of this coarse was the collaborative learning portion. Collaborative learning is when the students take time to help each other learn the coarse work. While the instructors are imperative, having another opinion is certainly a big help and makes a positive difference.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study! Study! Study! Out of class study time is imperative to learning and understanding the material. Also, keep every piece of paper handed to you. Notes and examples are your best friend.
