Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Laurie is always willing to help - he doesn't believe in multiple choice, which really forces you to pay attention to the material and learn to understand. If the entire class averages low on an exam, he's often willing to reduce what the exam was out of in order to bring the average up. He will also shuffle around your midterms and final to ensure that your best grade is used for the exam worth the highest percentage.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to effectively take notes as a result of this course and how to avoid saturating my notebooks with irrelevant notes.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Be prepared to put some time and effort into this course - really pay attention to the homework. All homework assignments were past exam questions.
