    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This class is an upper division class so make sure you learn from the prerequisites classes. This class will be very difficult if you have not taken anatomy before anatomical kinesiology.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course is basically where all the muscles insert and originate. We had to learn where all the muscles attach to the bone and depending on where the attachment was it would be labeled either your origin or insertion.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't take this course to lightly. This course will kick your butt if you do not study 3 days before hand.
