    | Would highly recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Honestly I would highly recommend this class because its only going to better your skills as a reader and writer. Even though it is required I never thought I would like writing, but from this course I feel like a whole new person. I really feel like it had made me think outside the box.

    Course highlights:

I have learned about what language development is. How it is applied to our everyday life. How a person can be multicompetence without being multi lingual? Also, the gist of what literacy is? And how it goes deeper than just being able to read and write. It really amazes me how much I have learned from this course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

I would say to not only read whatever story you are given but learn it. Participate and observe because it will only make it easier to understand.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

It was insightful. However, the professor was a very strict, hard grader. This made it difficult to understand exactly what she wanted from us.

    Course highlights:

We learned a lot about issues in the world, which was my favorite part.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

The course is good. The professor was tough.

He is an amazing teacher that makes you push your limits.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to manage my time well in this class. I thoroughly enjoyed the group discussion we had in class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep up with your journal, and don't fall behind. Write your paper out and first, and then type it. It'll flow smoother. Trust your intincts.
