Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Although this class is a tough one, I would recommend it! You will learn all the hints and tips for successful communication and how to make documents, emails, and business proposals both visually appealing and easy to read.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course is working on the small projects before the final proposal. I enjoyed writing instructions to building a structure using nothing but dots and toothpicks! I learned through this course that communication has more aspects than you might think. Although you may know what point you're trying to make, it could be very challenging to write it in such way that others can understand.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise anyone taking this class to find a solid group, work hard, and stay interested in all of the group's topics. It's a long, rough course so staying interested in your topics will make the work seem like less of a drag.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Prof. Witte does a great job teaching and gives much feedback on how you are performing. She helps you grow as a writer.

    Course highlights:

I learned a lot about citing things for papers and how to do research. She showed us many ways of doing research and how to become better writers.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You must be prepared to write a lot and have a lot of work going on at the same time. Works piles up in this class.
