Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class is an intro to Chemistry, and is required for all pre-PT students to take. It certainly helps if you took a chemistry class in High School. It really isn't all that bad if you pay attention in lecture.

    Course highlights:

I learned the basics of chemistry, and the best way to study this material. Basically just pay attention in class, do the homework, and it shouldn't give you too much grief.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

PAY ATTENTION and DO THE HOMEWORK.... that is all.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Dr. Kartz is wonderfully thorough when going over all of the information. She takes her time on the examples, and uses multiple examples on the difficult material. She always has us very well prepared for the tests, and makes sure that we know what will be on the test ahead of time. She also tells us what formulas we will be given vs. the ones we have to memorize.

    Course highlights:

I learned all the basic fundamentals of chemistry, and I learned them thoroughly so that when I move on to harder chemistry classes I will not be struggling with the fundamentals.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class, and follow along with all the examples the professor provides. Do not work ahead or skip examples, you will come back to them in your notes when you are doing the homework and quizzes.
