Course Overview:
This course has really helped me develop skills using Microsoft Excel, as well as computers in general. This course is needed for a bachelor's of science degree, but by taking it with Professor Anderson the course was a breeze. He made the course fun while giving thorough explanations about all of the material.
Course highlights:
I took this course once a week at night, and that honestly was the best route to go. It gave me just enough time to learn the basics, yet I did not have to stress about constant homework or quizzes. Everything was online and open notes. I learned so many new shortcuts to use on Microsoft Excel, and I am finding myself using these shortcuts even after taking the class.
Hours per week:
0-2 hours
Advice for students:
In order to succeed in this class, make sure to actually attend the class. Also, ask questions if the professor is going to fast. My professor was more than happy to review, and most of the time many of the other students were confused as well. Take notes and practice previous homework before taking an exam. Anyone can be extremely successful in this class with effort.
