    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I definitely learned a lot. I read very important literary novels which have only enhanced my knowledge of literary motifs, authors, writing techniques. I have grow as a individual student, as a team player and as a person.

    Course highlights:

I gained a bit of a tougher skin. Mr. Ansaldo is similar to a rose in which he has many layers drenched in much knowledge to give to all his students. But he still most definitely has his thorns. Although he is very funny. I have never laughed so much in an AP class.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Be ready, you might be the bud of some of his jokes. Do the reading so the discussion is easy participation. Ask him questions, if you continuously are not able to rise above a certain grade and would like to improve. He generally responds well to genuine questions about betterment.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend this course for anyone who enjoys reading and thoroughly understanding the messages portrayed in each book. Those who enjoy reading the stories of people from other cultures and backgrounds will greatly enjoy this course as all the books we read are from people of ethnic backgrounds and unique stories.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course are getting able to see first hand the experiences of people from around the world without having to move an inch.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

While reading the books in this course, you will have to take reading quizzes to ensure that you are keeping up with the reading. My advice is to always keep up on your reading because one bad grade on a reading quiz can greatly affect the outcome of ones grade.
