    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This class was an amazing introduction to the complexities of human history across the globe. It strives to expand the cultural bubble of its students to extend past just the history of their home nation but also of distinct cultures halfway around the world. The class focuses on deep, intellectual discussion between classmates facilitated by the teacher and pushes an emphasis on participation to learn.

    Course highlights:

Through taking AP World History, I now possess a much greater understanding of how the human race developed from simple hunter-gatherer societies to great and powerful complex nations such as the United States and China. I also have a greater appreciation for other cultures around the world and possess knowledge about the histories of countless groups of people. Most importantly, this class motivated me to learn outside of the class about the world I live in.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that you participate at least one day in class because the course focuses on the entire world's history so it obviously covers a large amount of information. By participating, you are ensuring that you are learning the material and stimulating good conversation within your classroom.

    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it displays a college level experience but at the same time, this class requires a lot of work and dedication. Before taking this course, I would reconsider the ups and downs to be able to make a better informed choice,

    Course highlights:

One major highlight of this course would probably have to be learning how to write a DBQ. I learned a lot about past history and how to relate it to modern themes.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed, students are required to read. I would tell students to not fall behind on assignments or reading because it can be detrimental to one's success.
