Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course is a step above algebra. If the student truly admires the subject of mathematics, I absolutely recommend this course. Pre-calculus is full of new complex ideas that really put your mind to the test.

    Course highlights:

Obviously there are many highlights from this course, the beginning is a refresher course on what you should have learned in algebra 2. Everything from the on, is new material. Every lesson becomes very important so as the student, you must be attentive and aware. While I was taking this course, there were times were I didn't understand a topic and I would stay after school to clarify. Going through the extra work and eventually understanding something is one of the most amazing feelings because you know that you put in work to get where you are.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Pre-calculus is a very entertaining subject where everuthing you do is based in what you have done. You need to be fully attentive and aware about what is going on because if you don't you will not understand the following subject. What if you didn't understand something? That's when you have to step up and do whatever it takes to master the lesson. Practice is also a very important key, if you understand something in class and pass on the exam, there is no way you will remember for the final. Always keeping it fresh in the back of your mind is a good thing.
