Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Many students would say that history is a bore, however Mr. Brown explained conflict and the importance of what we were learning in a way that is hard to explain. It was as if he were telling a story.

    Course highlights:

The highlight of this course was learning about the civil war and how different the laws were in the past compared to today.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

The most important thing you can do in this course is to listen to what the professor is saying and write down the important factors such as dates and names to look back on in the future.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor for this course assisted me in understanding the difference between the history of civilization, and history of nationalities and regions within the world.

    Course highlights:

I gained an understanding of why people differ, and now I empathize more than I did before I took this course and a World Religions course.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

If the only reason you are taking this course is for a pre-requisite for your major, please note that this course holds some valuable information for all. History helps in many career fields-Psychology (although the subject is more about how the brain works and why), Social Work (diversity purposes), Education (diverse classrooms), etc...
