    | No strong feelings either way.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

As math gets more complicated, the applications can become confusing to most. Math is one of my favorite subjects, and this course definitely helped with my AP Physics class. As one continues to more advanced math, solid understanding and thinking are necessary to prosper. The constant work and tests made sure i understood the concepts and tested me with more difficult problems.

    Course highlights:

Precalculus was a challenging but interesting class. This higher level course builds upon basic algebra and geometry, and introduces new concepts that will help me through Calculus and beyond. Overall, this was a difficult course, but I'm happy there was a rigorous preparation and a great amount of practice doing homework.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure that anyone taking this course is familiar with algebra and geometry, as well as manipulation equations and formulas for applications. This course is a must if you are considering calculus in the future, as it can require a lot of preparation.
