    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The course I am taking is online, with students engaging on an online portal for our class discussions. I believe this is a great course because our class consists of students of all ages and backgrounds (working mothers, back-to-school students, part time sociology enthusiasts) which is ideal for a sociology course for us to be exposed to different people in our society and discuss our views on various subjects.

    Course highlights:

An introductory course on sociology. We discussed and studied subjects such as culture, sexuality, media, deviance, social stratification, and political, familial, educaitional institutions and our overall impacts and purposes as a society.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take advantage of extra credit and class discussions and outside class meetings. There are many resources provided to help you succeed in this course. It's more fun and relaxed since it's an introductory course.
