    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I think its a good class the professor does a good job of explaining how to solve things. Only thing is he does not answer all your questions due to lack of time.

    Course highlights:

I learned that you have to have a fundamental understanding of basic mathematics to take this course or you will be lost. I was lost a few times during this class but i picked back up by studying . I also had trouble with some formulas so brush up on that.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

You have to study or you will be so lost. get a tutor or go to Starbucks and have your study sessions. you must have a good environment for studying.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor's name has slipped my tongue but really did a great job at showing us the way to learn in a focused, more effective way.

    Course highlights:

Me as a math student has always not been the best. Here in this class though, I understood way more than I thought I could. How the professor spoke and how he explained, it stuck in my head. Passed with flying colors.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Go in with a mind to learn. Pay attention and get work done.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The professor made me understand fundamentals of math that I have never seen before and have never been taught to me in upper level math classes. The way he explains things makes sense and explains why we are doing it. One becomes so mesmerized with the topic subject he is teaching that he or she forgets they are studying or even in a math class for that matter.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was his teaching strategies, and also, our reactions when we thought we (class) thought we got the right answer but it was incorrect. This goes to show how much the classroom was involved and "into it".

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Let go of your fear of math because the worst that could happen is you fail, but if you do, he will be there to assist you and make sure it all makes sense.
