    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This course was a basic English course that you have to take in any degree. I chose to take this course as a hybrid course so it was an 8 week course rather than 16 and it was all online. This course really helped teach me proper time management as well as basic fundamentals for writing and reading at the college level.

    Course highlights:

I learned that you can express what your thoughts are when you write. In high school I was always told that you do not put a personal twist on writing and in this class the teacher actually asked for my opinion.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take the tips the teachers gives you when writing papers, they help a lot and you learn new things.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Veach is probably one of my favorite teachers, she teaches you the way you should be taught. She's always got a smile on her face, and is always cracking jokes in class. She is very understanding and will work with you through the whole course.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to organize my essays so much better than I use to.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the book! And turn in your work on time. Take advantage of the alternative essays, or re-dos she gives you it all adds up.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I enjoyed having Mrs. Augenstein as my teacher because she truly cared about the success of her students. She works with you so you can understand and excel in your work.

    Course highlights:

My highlights of the course has to be analyzing poetry. Before this class i loathed poetry because i could never understand it, but through the course we analyzed and it became clear to me.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not fall behind in the reading, and always ask question it is encouraged!
