Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it will change your life. Sometimes you don't realize how much water is wasted just leaving the shower running for 2 extra minutes, or how important ventilation is to your health. The course will get you thinking about how you can make an impact on your community and it will make you realize that you have the ability to save the planet, even as just one person.

    Course highlights:

One of the highlights of this course was learning about ways we could help the environment. In the beginning of the year, we learned about the environment itself. Then, during the middle of the year we focused on the how humans are damaging the environment. Finally, in the last two or three months of school, we discussed how we, as the future leaders of our world, can help improve or even fix today's environmental issues.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would advise future students to come at this course with an open mind and positive attitude. Some of the things we discussed were a little alarming and might make one feel like the world is ending. However, there are ways to mitigate or even stop the damage to our environment. You just need the drive and attitude to do so.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would definitely recommend taking AP Environmental Science because it a very applicable course to today's times and is very fun to learn about.

    Course highlights:

I loved going to a nature preserve in the morning to test for water quality. I learned why I should care about the environment, how I can help clean up the environment around me, and how I can make my home greener with just a few changes.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

It may seem like an easy course at first, but you actually do have to put some work into it. do not wait until the night before to do a project because it will show when you have to do an oral presentation the next day.
