    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This course has a ton of work, but all of the work is worth it! You learn so much over the course of the year and learn to acknowledge both sides of arguments. The teacher really prepares you for the exam and for future history classes. You will also have long-lasting memories and inside APUSH jokes with your classmates.

    Course highlights:

Learning about the Federalist Era. It was really amazing to analyze our origins as a nation and what influenced the founders. It was also pretty funny to see a lot of the original plans go wrong. How could the founders have done this better? The Constitution is pretty vague, which is why the Judicial branch received the power to interpret the Constitution and declare laws/acts unconstitutional in Marbury v Madison in 1803.

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do not procrastinate doing your nightly homework because you WILL be up late if you do. Also, try to enjoy the ride!
