    | Would highly recommend.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The instructor is amazingly helpful and makes herself available as much as possible. It isn't an easy course but it helps that the lectures are not boring.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were the labs, that is when you really get hands on experience and alot of interesting new things to learn like blood typing!

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to take the time to study the material, it can be overwhelming but study groups are what really helped me. Keep your notes organized, and use resources like quizlet or coursehero to really help solidify the material you learned.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Only take this course if you are not taking any other heavy class! I would even recommend taking only this course if you want an A! There is a ton of work involved! Dr. Trimble is a great teacher but she has really high expectations and she assigns a ton of work. She has a quiz every Tuesday without fail. She embeds extra credit within her quizzes and exams but her labs are super hard. Any little thing wrong and she takes a point off. The average for our first lab for the class was 10/30!

    Course highlights:

A lot! I have learned so much in this course but I have put many, many hours of study into it

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Be motivated and study!!! If you are taking another hard class than I would recommend figuring out which class you need the most because this is a one class at a time type of class. Buy a recorder because Dr. Trimble does not have handouts and she tests off of her lecture material

    | Probably wouldn’t recommend.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would only recommend taking this course if you are very knowledgeable in chemistry. The professor does go through the material very fast and does expect you to write everything she says down. She only gives points on test if answered verbatim.

    Course highlights:

I did learn a lot with the labs that this course offers.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

You need to have no distractions and excess time to be able to complete all course work and study for tests.
