Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because it allows one to gain more knowledge on the human body by helpful lectures and hands-on experiences.

    Course highlights:

I gained a large amount of knowledge from this course concerning the anatomy of not just the human body, but animal bodies. The notes I took from the excellent lectures greatly benefited me on tests and we performed computer activities daily to help remember the material in a more creative way. I learned many facts about body parts including their technical names, where they are located and what their function is.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study hard!! As one studies well for this course, it actually allows for better study habits for the future. The tests and quizzes are fairly challenging and at times it can be frustrating. Paying full attention in class and participating daily will greatly benefit the student and lead them to an A.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I recommend this class because you would be amazed by the way the human body functions. There is so much information on the human body that is both fascinating and helpful to know.

    Course highlights:

While in this class I learned about the different systems of the human body such as the muscular, circulatory, nervous, and digestive systems. The nervous system was the most interesting because the human brain is such an amazing mystery and reveals so much about the way we think and behave in our daily lives.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In order to succeed in this class memorizing the material is key. There are many terms and definitions that are important to have memorized.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because it is a fun introduction to Anatomy and Physiology. It was so much fun to participate in the dissections of rats, fetal pigs, frogs, brains, and sheep eyes to help further our knowledge of the human body.

    Course highlights:

The highlights were definitely the dissections because they brought the real world into the class room. The hands on work made it really interesting and easier to understand. I learned about all the different body systems which advanced my knowledge about different medical conditions.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

I would tell students to pay attention to the lectures, take adequate notes, and keep your binders nice and organized. It is necessary to study so do not just blow this class off. You will learn a lot!
