Pretty easy, overall.
This was a course that was not overwhelmingly difficult, yet I feel like I was still able to learn a lot. I took it as an online course, and the professor was very easy to contact. She was always very helpful and quick to respond to emails. I would definitely recommend this course!
In my opinion, the highlight of this course was the Diet Analysis Project that we completed. We had to keep track of the food that we ate, which really opened my eyes to some of my unhealthy eating habits. I was able to acknowledge these issues so that I could work on them, and it was very beneficial to my health.

If you are considering taking this course, I would definitely recommend enrolling as soon as possible. This professor went over and above to make sure that the online format was easily accessible, and the classwork was thorough and useful.
