    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Professor Campbell understands that we are required to take the course and makes sure it's easy, fun and informational at the same time. He's very open about hearing everyone's views.

    Course highlights:

Some of my highlights were talking about the elections coming up and learning stuff about the government that I never even thought of. He also does extra credit and he's just an all around awesome professor.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Do not purchase the book. It's a waste of money because we never really read out of it anyway. Coming to class be prepared to listen to arguments between fellow classmates.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend taking American Federal Government because it really teaches you about the American Government. It also makes you think through what you believe the government should do and which side you would vote for.

The highlights of this course were writing about things that we cared about to our Representatives and hearing back answers. It really teaches you to care about the government and to get involved.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you go to class and study hard before tests.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I took this course fully online this past semester and the professor was extremely helpful. He has several videos of interviews he personally conducted with politicians all across the board that really help explain the process of the government. The Fall 2015 period was his first semester that he incorporated live chat sessions with his online classes and that was just another way that greatly improved everyone's understand, involvement, and passion for the class and the heavy material that we covered. He is always looking for ways to improve his students learning ability and truly cares about each student learning curves and capability to pass his course.

    Course highlights:

This class stuck out more so than the rest of my classes because I could tell that the professor truly cared about each individual student. This all online course consisted of discussions, quizzes, tests, live chat sessions, short papers, pre-recorded interviews with politicians. It covered everything in detail about our government system and the way it works; from city wide up to the supreme court and presidential party. I learned so much and by the end of this course I understand more about our government and how things flow, more than I ever have. This class isn't easy to slide through there is work but with the hard work comes the knowledge that Professor Davenport truly wants you to have.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

If you want to understand the Federal Government and how things flow, take this course. The combination of the professor and the different styles of learning that he bends to can be designed for any student. This class is tough, it takes work and time to study and so the work but the effort that Professor Davenport puts forth is an inspiration to all his students that their work is just as important as his. Stick with the schedule, stay ahead in class as best you can and It can be an easy A.
