    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I love history and course was taxing on my brain but I felt I learned a ton!

    Course highlights:

I learned about fun facts like to why that grahm cracker was invented, but also details like about George Washington was before he was a big-time military general.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all of the reading and make sure you take good notes. Because he will say things only once and if you miss it the exam could be awful for you

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Marsh is an excellent teacher and makes history both interesting and incredibly applicable. The work load is practical and the subject material fascinating.

    Course highlights:

I received a basic (but thorough) knowledge of early American History. I am able to understand the source of many of our traditions and political issues. Examples of subject material include: early American politics and problems, basic economics, and the foundation of our political system. Mr. Marsh focuses specifically on ridding students of misconceptions they may have about American history (why did the Civil War start?) and also focuses on practical subjects (what are the first ten amendments?).

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take notes. Everything said during class lectures are viable material for the test. However, we all make mistakes and if you miss class or have a difficult day you can always ask your teacher for help. I would always go over the material with Mr. Marsh before tests to prepare.
