    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The class if fun and exciting. Although it may challenging at times, it really allows you to stretch your brain and to work hard.

    Course highlights:

Honestly, when looking at a calculator, I was so confused when seeing "sin" and "cos". However, one really gets to learn more about those trig functions and what they mean. I think the most surprising to me was how I was able to learn and understand the unit circle. It's neat to see how much knowledge I've gained as I can actually draw out the whole unit circle now.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Keep persevering. There will be definitely be difficult days and it might bring you down, but take it one class at a time and you'll get through it.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this class because in this class Mr. Burr teaches the basic trig functions and really provides a foundation for those interested in going further in math classes.

    Course highlights:

The scale model project was the highlight for that class. We divided up into teams and we made a scale model of a wind turbine. We used what we learned in trig and applied it to scaling the turbine.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Take good notes, Pay attentions in class, ask lots of questions, and keep all of your note and assignments.
