    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

The teacher was very enthusiastic and loves teaching. I learned a lot in her class and enjoyed learning about biology.

    Course highlights:

I learned about molecules, cells, hereditary and evolution. I really enjoyed hereditary and learning about what mother and father traits are passed on to their child.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Don't take an overload of AP courses with this class. It will require time and studying.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

The teacher has taught for many years, and has many resources for teaching. He has lessons planned out incredibly well, and has analogies for many concepts that make them even easier to understand. He is always willing to answer questions after class or meet with you- he really does want you to do well in the class, and it shows.

    Course highlights:

I learned many different aspects of biology- from cell reproduction to photosynthesis and lots more. This course also included many hands-on labs which helped me learn problem solving and allowed me to apply my knowledge.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Study a lot for tests- they count for a big part of your grade. And even if you don't complete assignments ahead of time (like labs and MBAs), read over the questions ahead of time so you know what to listen for in class, and you can clear up any questions ahead of time.

    Course Overview:

The course is very challenging with lots of homework and labs. The only reason I would not suggest this course is if you do not do well with lecture style learning.
