    you learn a lot more then you think!

    Course highlights:

    The discussion in class were really interesting. If your truly interested in history you will really enjoy it!

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    do the homework its the key to a good grade!!

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    If you don't learn about history, you're doomed to repeat it.

    Course highlights:

    I learned a lot more about modern history than I thought I would, which was a huge bonus for me.

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

    You have to put considerable time into studying outside of school. It's imperative.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

    I would recommend this course because if taught by the right teacher it offers insight into the history of the U.S and explains the functionality of our society today.

    Course highlights:

    From this course I learned about the many shifts in American values between political parties, the north and the south, and our identity as "the freedom land."

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

    There is a lot of reading and writing that needs to be done for this course. A lot of the material goes beyond the memorization of dates or people; you need to have some amount of analyzing skills.
