Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course, because of the challenge and amount of increase in skill that you will achieve.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course was the skeleton drawing we did from life. We weren't suppose to use photos and drawing from life helps use to see more of the volume of the subject. We could do this even if it was bones.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Do all of the journal assignments. If you slack in that area, your grade will suffer even if you have a great project done. Also do you research so that you have plan on how to do a project.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I really enjoyed this course, because I has helped me be more confident in drawing the human body in a different perspective and ways and using different drawing media.

    Course highlights:

I learned to draw the body from life, instead from photo.

    Hours per week:

    12+ hours

    Advice for students:

Do not be intimidated, be confident.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This course was very interesting. There's a plethora to learn and Professor Neblett makes it fun to learn about the anatomy. There’s a chance to explore many art mediums and get comfortable with them to use them constantly as you would your favorite ones.

    Course highlights:

At the beginning, Professor Neblett told us that we would have to memorize all the bones in the body and where they were located and that startled me a little. But as the semester went on. Professor made learning the bones much easier and less confusing. And after the semester, I still think about the bones when it comes to mind.

    Hours per week:

    9-11 hours

    Advice for students:

Think outside the box. Try coming up with an idea that you've never thought of and don't be afraid to try something new, whether it is a new medium or a new technique. Its' better to go away from your normal routine because you might get a new style that you prefer.
