    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Mr. Eppler was the best teacher I've had at DC, and helped me to get a five on the AP test. He does everything of a reason, so complete all the reading guides and see him when you don't understand something.

    Course highlights:

We learned every president and their history. Since this was a US history course, we learned most, if not all important history of our country, all the way up until present day.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Take this course if you took world history and did okay. I took normal world history with Mrs. Cooley and ended up making the transition well into AP.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would personally recommend AP unites states history because it teaches you a lot about America. It shows how we got to where we are today and is very interesting.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course would defiantly be all of the wars we studied along with all the presidents. I learned a lot about how the war ended up the war it did and how it impacted us and a lot about the presidents and how the influenced government.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

In this class you have to read the chapters and especially take notes. the chapters go over in detail everything you will need to know so they are super helpful. always look up the vocab terms to make sure you understand them and always ask a lot of questions.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

This was the most enjoyable history class I have taken. This is in large part because of Mr. Eppler. He took a class which I thought would be boring and made it my favorite.

    Course highlights:

Each day was different. He switched between lectures, class discussions, videos, and many others forms of teaching. By varying each class, each day was new and exciting.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

You need to stay ahead on your reading and vocab. It is vital that you complete and study each chapter if you want to do well on the AP test.
