Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend Mr Ellis. His class lectures are super easy as long as you follow along and the review questions let you think about major concepts while the quizes will definitely be on the exam. Its probably one of the easier classes that you will take.

    Course highlights:

Lots about how the ocean impacts us on a daily basis and how the ocean affects other things that we don't even think about such as the environment, plastics, and weather!

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to go to his lectures and pay attention. He makes the lectures pretty exciting so you shouldn't fall asleep.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend this course because Robert Ellis passion for the marine sciences is evident and inspires you to want to change the world.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course were talking about what makes good surf and how to catch a good wave. This was especially important to me as I surf. I also learned about plate tectonics, earthquakes, tsunamis, currents, and tides

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommended reading out of the textbook before class. I would also recommend typing the notes then rewriting them on paper. I would also go to his office hours if you don't understand a concept.
