    | Would recommend.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Really interesting course and Dave Murdy has had a lot of first-hand experience working in the industry so he really knows what he's talking about. I also took his studio guitar class and he is an amazing guitarist.

    Course highlights:

Gained a basic understanding of how the music industry works.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

You don't really have to read any of the required books to pass the class, just show up and take notes. However Passman's 'Music As A Business' is recommended to anyone interested in the music industry, it's a good idea to read it anyway. I go to Berklee College of Music now and they use it for their Music As A Business course as well.
