Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I took this course online during the Flex II spring semester so I was expecting a very-fast paced course and it didn't disappoint. The instructor is awesome and will provide you with many of the tools needed to succeed as long as you do your part.

    Course highlights:

Highlight of this course was the instructor, Dr. Gonzalez. It was a very fast paced course as expected, but Dr. Gonzalez was quick to answer questions and even offered to meet in person to help with course work or study for exams. I feel like I now have a very good foundation on the basic biology topics that were taught.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Organization and time management! Participate in the group discussions it may seem mundane at times, but they do add up for easy points as the Exams can tough. Check your deadlines - so many classmates would post to discussions late and end up not getting credit for it.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

Professor Korzekwa loves what she does and it goes unnoticed. Although sometimes it was hard to keep up and understand what was going on but if any help was needed she would always be there.

    Course highlights:

Learning all about the different cells and the study of life.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to ask questions!! It's important to get all the information you can get especially if you don't fully understand it.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

Great teacher, really cares about the students, gives all the tools to succeed. Also a great lecturer and tries to get students involved.

    Course highlights:

Although this isn't my degree, it really enjoyed his lectures, and I learned a lot about biology.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure to look at chapter notes before each test. Tests are easy and simple as long as you read through it a few times before a test.
