Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

This professor is very organized and her course work is easy to follow. She challenges you to keep an open learners mind that way you will retain more information when you read over course material.

    Course highlights:

I gained a better understanding of "society" and societal controversies after taking this class. Hence all of the chaos due to the 2016 presidential election this class helped me gain insight to the root causes and problems and ways to solve our consistent conflicts in the world all around us.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I would recommend this class to anyone, specifically those who love to learn new things and have a profound interest in gaining a better understanding of what the "real world" is and how we as citizens are all interconnected in society. Before taking this class I wish I knew how to define society as a whole, after taking this class I learned may different things like the difference between sex and gender in which I had no idea you could differentiate between the two.

    Course highlights:

Being able to connect the things I learned from psychology to sociology to the real world. Especially things like group facilitation and how we act different when in a group of people.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

Make sure you follow the things for the essays! she will deduct a lot of point for stupid things but otherwise she's easy.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would most definitely recommend this course to others not only because the teacher was one of the best i have ever had, but because the material you learn within the course will stick with you for a lifetime. I truly loved the learning experience because you have the ability to learn about why society is the way it is and what you can do to change that.

    Course highlights:

During this course I learned about the importance of free thinking and what makes society grow. Also, I learned what makes society bad as well and what an individual can do to change that.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice to another student would be take notes and a lot of them! There is no limit to what you can learn in this course and it continuously grows more interesting.
