Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Coach Baer has a vast knowledge of geology and is very passionate about what he teaches. Believe it or not, he makes rocks fun.

    Course highlights:

I learned how to classify rocks and minerals, how geological structures were formed, and how the Earth continues to shape itself. This course offered valuable information that I still use today.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the chapter guides that Coach Baer provides. They will guide you through the entire course and give you a good look at what the test questions will be.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would recommend the class because the class gives important information about the world and how the world works. The tests were very similar to the notes and many times they were the same so study the notes very well.

    Course highlights:

I learned that it is a miracle we are still alive with all the natural disasters that could happen. The highlight of this course was breaking open geodes.

    Hours per week:

    0-2 hours

    Advice for students:

study the notes like your grade depends on it because it does and the final is not as hard as most other classes if you study.

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

I would. It is a great foundation class for more in depth science classes.

    Course highlights:

I learned a nice introduction to how the world works from weather to natural disasters. I enjoyed how it gave a better understanding not only to things happening around us but why the are happening and what's causing it.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Study the in class notes from that session every night. Studying for the large content tests all in one night is nearly impossible.
