    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She is blunt and she does not sugar coat anything. I have become ten times the writer that I used to be when I took this class.

    Course highlights:

When she put a big red slash mark through my whole first body paragraph of my observation paper. I learned that I was a horrible writer.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Critique papers to the best of your ability and have plenty of first drafts.

    This class was tough.

    Course Overview:

She will not sugarcoat your paper when you turn them in. She will tell you how it is and she doesn't care if she hurts your feelings or not. Her bluntness is what makes you a better writer.

    Course highlights:

The highlights of this course is when I opened up my second draft of my observation essay and there was a big red slash through my first body paragraph. I learned that I need to write better.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

If you take this course you have to be tough minded and spend extra time on the details of your paper. If she tells you to correct something you do it automatically. Do not even try to think that you are smarter than her, because your not.
