Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

Something I've learned from taking English courses in college is that you apply very little from what you've learned in high school.

    Course highlights:

My professor really honed in on the idea of writers finding their "voice". Becoming an excellent writer takes time and practice in order for someone to feel to completely contempt with their style. My professor relieved my frequent insecurities I was having about my own writing.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

Honestly, If you're having doubts about your writing skill or level please don't worry. You aren't going to become this excellent writer over night. These skills take time and practice.!

Not too easy. Not too difficult.

    Course Overview:

English 104 can be a little too much of work but Professor Miller was always there to help us. He always made sure we weren't confused and that we knew what we were doing.

    Course highlights:

We did a lot of writing and reading. We also did a lot of academic research. We wrote our opinion and wrote our own op-ed articles. This is to help us gain writing skills.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Pay attention in class and ask for help and advice when you need to.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

This class prepares one for college as well as promotes discussion among the students. The class is not hard because it does not contain actual testing, but instead promotes those who are proficient in writing.

    Course highlights:

I enjoyed discussing different topics with the class, as well as peer reviewing different articles of my interest in The New York Times.

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

I advise that you take this class. It is beneficial to all people; as it teaches them how to read and understand material as well as how to write clearly and efficiently. Also one very important lesson that I learned from the class was how valuable and even fun class discussion can be.
