    | No strong feelings either way.

    Pretty easy, overall.

    Course Overview:

The content of this course is amazing and very useful. The online format of this class can be a bit overwhelming and confusing though. Having to respond to classmates discussion posts can become very redundant and not very constructive.

    Course highlights:

I have learned how to proofread my daily correspondence and how to better direct my messages to my readers. I email and write memos or reports constantly so this course has helped me fine-tune my skills.

    Hours per week:

    3-5 hours

    Advice for students:

My advice would be to read the text thoroughly , take notes on the different writing styles because they come up often, and practice the tools in your every day communications.

    Course highlights:

I am now able to communicate in a professional manner that is also more effective than my previous experiences .

    Hours per week:

    6-8 hours

    Advice for students:

Read the chapters, it really helps to complete the in class assignments.
